Who is responsible?

Kunafy is the controller for its customers’ data (accounts, billing). For the data of the prospects you manage in Kunafy, you are the controller and Kunafy acts as a processor, on your instructions.

Our customers’ data

Name, email address, language, time zone, password (irreversibly hashed), billing details, payment history and invoices, sign-in and security logs.

Prospects’ data

The public LinkedIn profile information collected by the extension at your request (name, title, location, profile address), your notes and the history of your campaign actions. This data is used for you only.

Why?

To provide the service (performance of the contract), to invoice (legal obligation), to secure accounts and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), to inform you about your account and, if you accept, about Kunafy news.

For how long?

Account data: as long as the account exists, then deleted. Invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation). Notifications: 180 days. You can delete your prospects and your account at any time from your space.

Who has access?

The Kunafy team, according to their role and without access to the content of your prospects; our technical providers: hosting, email sending, payment (Stripe for cards, CinetPay for mobile money). Card details are entered at the payment provider: Kunafy neither sees nor stores them.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (payment in particular) may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Cookies

Kunafy only uses a session cookie, essential to log you in and protect your forms. No audience measurement or advertising cookies.

Security

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted payment keys, role-based access rights and a log of sensitive administrative actions.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, export it, delete it, object to processing or request its restriction. Write to us through the contact form. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).
