1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and subscription to Kunafy, an online tool that helps with LinkedIn prospecting (web application and Chrome extension).

2. Business customers

The service is for professionals only (companies, freelancers, non-profits) using it for their business. By subscribing, the customer declares acting in a professional capacity. Consumer protection rules, including the right of withdrawal, therefore do not apply.

3. Free trial

Each new account gets a free trial whose length is shown at signup. No payment method is required. When the trial ends, campaigns are paused; data remains viewable and exportable.

4. Plans and prices

Plans, their limits and prices are shown in the customer area before subscribing. Prices exclude taxes, per month, in euros for card payment and in CFA francs for mobile money. A promo code grants the stated discount for the stated period.

5. Term and commitment

Every subscription includes a 2-month commitment from the first confirmed payment. By card, the subscription then renews monthly. By mobile money, the first 2 months are paid at once, then the customer extends access month by month, with no automatic renewal.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe (card) and CinetPay (mobile money). Kunafy never receives or stores card numbers. A payment is only considered made once confirmed by the provider. An invoice is issued for every payment and stays available in the customer area.

7. Cancellation

The customer can cancel at any time from the customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the commitment period if it is still running, otherwise at the end of the paid monthly period. Started periods are not refunded pro rata.

8. Non-payment and suspension

If a payment fails, access is kept for 3 days to allow settlement. After that, campaigns are paused, then resume automatically once a payment is confirmed. Kunafy may suspend an account used in breach of these terms.

9. Use of LinkedIn

Actions are carried out by the extension in the customer’s browser, with their own LinkedIn account, within the limits they set. The customer alone is responsible for their LinkedIn account, for complying with LinkedIn’s terms of use and for the content of their messages. Kunafy applies cautious quotas and stops at any verification signal, but cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will not restrict an account.

10. Personal data

Kunafy processes prospect data on behalf of the customer, who is the controller. The customer can export and then delete their data at any time. Invoices are kept for the legal period.

11. Liability

Kunafy provides a tool and guarantees no business result. Its liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer in the last twelve months.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts with jurisdiction over Kunafy’s registered office have sole jurisdiction.
